Delivery Areas
Déli delivers across Dubai, including Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah, Business Bay, DIFC, Al Barsha and surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, note it in your order and our team will confirm before dispatch.
Delivery Windows
Orders are delivered within a two to three hour window that you select at checkout. Standard windows run from 10:00 to 19:00, seven days a week. Time sensitive requests, such as an early morning brunch box, should be noted at checkout.
Notice Periods
- Brunch & Lunch Boxes and Gift Boxes: same day or next day, subject to availability
- Signature Boards and Sweets & Mignardises: at least 24 hours notice
- Large Tables: at least 72 hours notice
- Bespoke Buffets and Events & Corporate: enquiries should begin as early as possible, ideally two weeks or more before the date
Delivery Fees
A delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location. Complimentary delivery may apply to larger orders, shown automatically in your cart when eligible.
On Arrival
Boards and boxes are composed within a chilled box and should be served within two hours of arrival, or refrigerated until ready. For Large Tables, Bespoke Buffets and Events & Corporate, our team dresses the table on site as part of the service.
