Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes. Menus can be adapted to accommodate all dietary requirements. Note any requests in the order notes at checkout, or mention them directly if you are enquiring about a Bespoke Buffet or a corporate event.
How far in advance should I order?
Brunch and lunch boxes can often be arranged same day or next day. Signature boards need at least 24 hours notice, and larger tables or bespoke work should be booked further ahead. See our Delivery & Areas page for full notice periods.
Can I change the composition of a board?
Our signature boards are composed as shown, but substitutions can sometimes be accommodated for allergies or preferences. Note your request at checkout and our team will confirm whether it is possible.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
At this time we deliver across Dubai only. If you are located elsewhere in the UAE and interested in a bespoke arrangement, please reach out through our contact page.
How do I enquire about a corporate event or bespoke buffet?
Use the dedicated enquiry forms on our Events & Corporate or Bespoke Buffets pages. These reach our events team directly and collect the details we need for a fast, accurate proposal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Corporate clients may request invoicing for larger events, arranged directly with our events team.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Because our boards and boxes are composed to order, changes or cancellations must be made as early as possible. Contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
