Déli composes grazing boards and tables of distinction for those who host with intention. Not a casual caterer, not a simple grazing shop, a house that treats the shared table as a craft, precise, restrained, never overstated.
Founded in France in 2006, the house carried its standard of composition to Dubai, where it now serves private clients and corporate partners with the same restraint, the same attention, and the same refusal to cut a single corner.
We never set out to be the biggest name in grazing. We set out to make every board look like it was composed for one table only, even when we are composing for four hundred. That standard has not moved since the first one we built.
