About These Terms

These terms govern your use of deligrazing.com and any order placed with Déli. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are subject to change without notice, though the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Perishable Goods

Our boards, boxes and buffets are composed to order using perishable ingredients. Once an order enters production, it generally cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make a change.

Delivery

Delivery windows and notice periods are set out on our Delivery & Areas page. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or access restrictions at the delivery address.

Dietary Information

We adapt menus to accommodate dietary requirements when noted at checkout, but production takes place in a shared kitchen. Guests with severe allergies should confirm details directly with our team before ordering.

Bespoke & Corporate Services

Events & Corporate and Bespoke Buffet services are quoted individually and confirmed by written proposal. Deposit and cancellation terms for these services are set out in the individual proposal.
